Ingredients
Each serving size (2 capsules) contains: Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5’ phosphate) 10 mg, Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 250 mcg, Folate (as Metafolin, L-5-MTHF) 417 mcg DFE, Magnesium (as di-magnesium malate) 100 mg, Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCl 500 mg, Alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) 200 mg, Coenzyme Q10 (from MicroActive Q10-cyclodextrin complex) 15 mg. Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), potato starch, ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules, 2 times daily, with meals.
